1. We start with our initial consultation and measurements of your property
2. For new construction, we prepare the existing soil and take care of any grading/drainage issues. For replacement, we remove the existing lawn and prepare and grade the property using new turf blend soil
3. We can arrange to install irrigation and underground sprinklers at the same time
4. We then lay, water and roll the turf flat and uniform over the newly prepared site
5. The end result is a beautifully installed, lush new turf lawn!
